Wow. & Nbmp;nbsp; quiet --\n\n A WIDER SHOT reveals that Rich is in a chaise-longue.\n\n RICH\n Sure, you have to walk carefully,\n but you just keep an eye out for\n ice, and - (pause) Yeah, the driving's more Difficult, , but - (pause) ;p; WAITRESS\n Your change.\n\n Rich puts a hand over the receiver.\n\n RICH\n Oh, keep it -- they had three feet\n of snow in Boise!
